woke up at 9.30, still feeling sleepy. went out to have breakfast near the furniture road there, not so sure how to read the restaurant name heh. then after tat go separate way with beng, i go and talk to 嘉业超市 (jiaye chao shi) see if they are interested in doin franchising with us, talk to the manager but their company dont have franchise program yet at the moment, then go to 顺客隆 (shun ke long) they have franchising program. need to find a location first before further discussion on franchising.
then go back home awhile enjoy rose tea. heh since i came here has been quite interested in their flower tea, they have quite a number of different type of dried flower. so far i have bought 4 type: 野菊花(wild chrysanthemum), 甜菊叶(sweet something leave), 玫瑰花(rose) and 山桃花(shan tao hua). The 山桃花 and 野菊花 is good for get rid of pimple, the person see my face got some pimples so say that..haha dunno how true is that but she seems to know much things hah. then the sweet something is to add some sweetness to the tea, she said the dried flowers can be mixed accordingly. the rose is usually for ladies, say is good for skin. since i am also a bit 爱美 sometimes so might as well try it hah. anyway the flower is quite refreshing. not only the flower tea, the normal tea also got different type like tie kuan yin, pu er, etc. i also start to use the pot to make tea. kinda cool, put some water to wash the flower first then use it to wash the small cups, then on the second round then drink the tea or flower tea whatever u made.
after that go to my temporary office for online research again..

Early morning, no, woke up at 10 plus then bath then Beng said the KFC idea is probably just one of the many opportunities that we will encounter next time. ok so take it, put that one aside first. Have breakfast in car, eat 2 bread(one pizza-like, the other one soft like hai mian) + one wheat-flavoured milk tea. Then go to Cai Shen hotel (财神), the fisrt time there(beng suddenly rem on yesterday night that there is a wireless place!) to use wireless internet, really a nice place, 5star hotel, looks really grand, comparable or even better then marriott and stuff in singapore. bought a pot of black forest tea (黑seng林）cost me y30(24 for the drink + 15% service charge) a bit ex. then got a call from beng, go down to Da Liang to see a potential location for our supermarket, a bit backward place, and slightly dirtier and less developed yet compared to Lecong. After that, have lunch with this contractor, go Ming Yi restaurant have some really oily small food and their double fried milk pudding-like dessert(suang za nai), a bit too sweet. then the contractor talk abt the past, eg talk about last time need this ticket (you piao) to buy things like fish, cloth, rice, etc. then how he steals fish and grass, etc. to survive. all the maozedong era follows by deng xiaoping which have a more democratic society in 1982(that special year). after that go abck to the fortune hotel again, beng have coffee, me have coconut juice (but is a canned one), cost me a total of y51, so damn ex! with that amount can get a restaurant dinner with four dishes in restaurant like the Lefong Restaurant (the dinner is there). reach home abt 10 pm. exercise a bit. then start my first time of online blogging after so loooooonnnngg..

Woke up at abt 8.30 by Beng, have breakfast at MAcDonald. The MacD breakfast ends at 10 am, luckily Beng got his last burger with 2 potatoes. Me have a chicken foldover and orange juice. the foldover is so small. both cost me RMB13, then beng gave one potato hee. After that go to different suppliers Sing Yuan ( new something) and Dong Wan (东旺批发市场）for groceries at Zengcha Lu. get price for coke, y49 for 12 of 1.25 litres coke, y40 for 8 of 2 litres of coke. The environment is a bit dirty there. then go Metro at Huang Pu Da Tao Cong Tianhe District. Look like an xpensive wholesaler, a bit troublesome, go in mus register the company name first. dont really like the way the front staff and the security guard serve us, not that friendly. then after that join Renxun to Pa Chou. Wah! the exhibition centre is humongous, all sort of furniture supplier and raw material processors are there.
then have watermelon juice at this 'Pig' restaurant, cant rem the name something like zhu ke wang, got pic of happy pig but is selling pork, cant get it right in my head, find it a bit errr..but beng want to eat there so is alright.then go back have dinner at 10 plus. reach home talk to steven on skype, ask him to design my fruit website, nearly explode my lung out cos he just cant get me at some point.
he said will gave me in 2 weeks time. heh hope my first web work. da.

Go to Dongguan, the bus ticket is RMB46. Reach there ard 4.30pm, the exhibition aredi closed. cant see much things. then go to Kang Le Sang Ye Jie something like that. Look ard, saw a lot of hairstylists doin some hairdo (look quite professional) for only roughly RMB15. So cheap, probably can set up a salon next time in spore, each hairdo probably can fetch up to $60 or more. top up my china mobile with RMB50. have dinner at restaurant, cant rem the name, cost RMB53 divided by 2, taxi back paid RMB325 divided by 2.

Only saw one coconut factory stall there, they only need twisted coconut fibre. Then drive to Guangzhou, talking and talking, about our fathers, cert, study, freedom, etc. At night, meet with Se Yen (Longwan) at 沙河并管 sha he bing guan. then decided on doin supermarket.
Then at night reach home abt 1am, watch 商道 shang dao, sleep at about 4 am. Sent D a gd night msg.

Halfway at lunch time, uncle brought us to have lunch with Mangkali, after that meet Mr He Sian Ze - abt propert and wood stuff. He didnt find it advisable to get into wood business as its not easy to get into. Then Beng will concentrate on Nickel and property, me on wood and iron (kang kuan). Then meet Ms He Se Yen (Mr He's sis). She offers to help on helping to find buyer for coconut fibre. She will help in collecting data for the type, size and price of hot-selling kind of wood. Then after that, go and buy a jacket and one tract pants (dunno why is so damn cold here), the jacket is really cheap just RMB 77 after a 65% discount. The tract is just RMB 32, the quality is quite good as well. Can be considered to be sold in Singapore.

First time seeing those furniture, there is really many many furniture there. SHops, warehouses, materials, any sort of furniture, u can name it, they have it there. Is really a huge factory. All sort of furniture...eeee..crazy..furniture that ranges from thousands to just one figure RMB.
A bit uncomfy with Beng's Pa. A bit different. Feel a bit pressurised but is alright, needs to get things done. My first day of travelling in Lecong, Shunde District, Foshan area, Guangdong Province. Tml probably will be doing sales.

Woke up suddenly by Beng's call, last minute notice to meet at White Orchid Hotel. Very rush. Reach on time, see Beng's father. Uncle is a very nice person, talk a bit about the business world. A bit uncomfortable, and a bit anxious on the meet up with other furniture players. Thomas and his wife Mary doin on furniture trading, Mr Chua aka aseng on manufacturing, Charlie - trying to break into Thai furniture market. Anxiety probably due to unknown or unpredictability in future and probably also due to to greediness of desperating to get big bucks in a short time. Feeling business world might not be for me.
Happy time when go back to Ratchada Orchid, feeling more at home. Reach at 11 plus, get bath, clean up the soured longan drink. Then prepare ginger tea. Only reach home at 1 am plus, doin some packing for the next tour at Ph. Gave frankie and Si number in case got trouble next time. Sleep. Happy. Woke up, tease abt Choco-crunch. Bid farewell.

D reach at 11 plus, travelled back to Ratchada Orchid first, get changed, get the red ferrari polo T and a pair of jeans plus diet powder. Go DJ till 2 am. Happy time together.
